Performance optimization coaching
For a few minutes, even a few seconds of optimal performance, the athlete trains for years. Like athletes, managers are frequently exposed to high levels of stress, pressure and performance demands.
To optimize their performance and well-being, a growing number of managers turn to performance optimization coaching using biofeedback and neurofeedback.
Through a personalized training program, biofeedback and neurofeedback measure different physiological responses in real time using sensors placed on the surface of the skin. These sensors send the information to a computer that translates it into visual or auditory feedback the manager can easily interpret. The training aims at learning to self-regulate psychophysiological activity in all circumstances.
The training helps improve:
- Attention and concentration
- Stress and anxiety management
- Performance in the execution of tasks
- The ability to unwind and relax
- Mental and psychophysiological flexibility
- Physical and psychological well-being
Our methodology
- Initial assessment and establishment of the manager’s psychophysiological profile using biofeedback and neurofeedback equipment, questionnaires and an in-depth interview.
- Analysis report following the initial assessment.
- Identification of performance optimization coaching objectives with the manager and development of a personalized training program.
- Training sessions in the form of coaching combined with objective measures (biofeedback and neurofeedback). Individual guidance allows the manager to progress toward the objectives set earlier and to transfer what has been learned.
- Reassessment and review of objectives in order to adjust or continue the training.
- Reinforcement sessions to ensure that the new skills are integrated into daily life.
