Industrial psychologist

Holder of a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, France has more than twenty years of experience. She has worked as a human resources advisor and director in various growing organizations and has, among other things, led large-scale recruitment campaigns.

Since 2001, France has worked as a consultant. An expert in setting up selection committees, she designs selection tools, acts as a facilitator and carries out potential appraisals as part of selection processes and of management and career coaching.

France is a member in good standing of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. France is also Certified InterQualia®.
