Caroline has a solid background in management. She held sales management and customer service positions in the hotel industry for more than 10 years. Since 2004 she has held management and consulting positions in executive search and personnel selection.

Caroline has carried out numerous executive search mandates in different sectors. She has been responsible for large-scale recruitment campaigns for temporary and permanent positions for one of the country’s leading recruitment firms. She has also managed a branch and directed a team of recruitment and selection consultants.
