A bachelor of business administration, John acquired a large part of his experience in human resources. He served as vice-president of human resources in a world-class company for twelve years. His earlier experience was gained in the automotive, food, life sciences and transportation sectors. He has worked in consulting and executive search for more than eleven years.

His expertise and in-depth knowledge of strategic human resources planning, organizational development and effectiveness, and performance optimization allow him to understand precisely the changing needs of organizations in managing their human resources while reconciling those needs with strategic vision.

John is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés and of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
