Management Coach

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in administration, Michel has held positions in human resources management, consulting and teaching in the public and private sectors.

Michel coaches high-potential executives and managers in a range of sectors, from multinationals to family businesses. Over the years he has built strong credibility in coaching by helping managers improve the effectiveness of their interpersonal behaviour. With his help, they become more effective and develop their talent as communicators, maximizing their organizational contribution. Managers are recognized not only for their technical skills but also for their strong interpersonal abilities.

He has extensive experience in management coaching (leadership in the business world) and in career coaching (accompanying professionals through career transition).

Michel has taught human resources management courses at McGill University and has spoken to M.B.A. students at HEC Montréal. He plays an active role on various human resources and education committees and serves as a volunteer and board member of several non-profit organizations.

Michel is a member in good standing of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. He is also Certified InterQualia®.
