Career coaching
From time to time, organizations must make difficult decisions that have a significant impact on their managers and on their staff as a whole. By entrusting us with their employees’ transition, our clients turn a negative event into a positive experience for those employees. They also demonstrate humanity and a strong sense of social responsibility to the rest of the organization.
In a world where high technology takes up a great deal of space, we insist on providing an attentive, personalized service, with the emphasis on people. Our career coaching professionals take the time to establish a privileged, empathetic relationship with each candidate. Our services include not only practical advice but also ongoing psychological support.
We also accompany employees at every stage of their career path, whether they wish to reflect on their career, evaluate a promotion, change roles, start their own business or move toward retirement.
Beyond the preparation of a curriculum vitae, our professionals take the time to coach the employee on points to improve in order to succeed in the next stage of his or her career.
Our programs range from three to twelve months. To offer greater flexibility in adapting to the different situations candidates face, we do not count the number of meetings within the program granted to the employee.
Our methodology
- Meeting with the client to specify the type of program he or she wishes to offer the employee.
- In the event of a layoff, termination or dismissal, we recommend that a consultant be present when the news is delivered, to support the employee.
- First meeting at our offices. Establishing a relationship of trust, presenting the program in order to begin preparation, and defining the timetable for the Career coaching program.
- Support through every stage of the Career coaching program.
- Follow-up with the candidate a few weeks after he or she has become professionally situated.
