Holder of a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Chantale has more than 25 years of human resources experience in senior positions in national and international companies.

She has worked in rapidly growing companies where optimizing human resources in contexts of major transformation has been at the heart of her accomplishments.

Chantale has offered consulting services since 2011. She accompanies clients in various human resources mandates. She focuses in particular on senior executive search, career transition and management coaching.

She can also intervene in the operational management of human resources, including change management, organizational performance, talent management and training.

Chantale is a member in good standing of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
